Our Philosophy

We work with our service users to develop care packages that are tailored to meet their individual needs. We take pride in the way we embrace diversity and provide services that are person centred and culturally appropriate for each service user. We provide guidance on everything, from the type of care provision, the funding of long term care through to the support available to you and your family. We will take an individual approach to your needs right from the initial consultation through to our comprehensive assessment. We will ensure that we totally involve you in order to understand your needs and we will tailor the service to meet those needs. The whole service provided is aimed at supporting our service users, their families and our care workers to ensure outcomes are met.

Future Outlook

At Blessings, we are committed to continue improving our service provision. We work in partnership with Local Authorities and other multi-agency groups to provide significant added value to our service.

We help our service users every step of the way from initial consultation to guidance of financing care, through to the development of personalized and tailored care plans.

Our experts are there to provide support, guidance and help us give advice to our service users at any time this may be required.

We aim to provide the highest achievable quality of care to our service users and we place great emphasis on the importance of matching service users with care workers to ensure that care delivery, personalities and interests are effectively aligned to improve our service users’ lifestyles.

We continue to develop our staff and our systems in order to ensure that our care professionals remain trained, qualified and equipped to deliver the highest standards of care to our service users in their own homes.

We aim to set high standards of care delivery and to professionalize care through our approach to market leading, training and professional development.

We also aim to grow the company from strength to strength.

We provide our services 24 hours a day, 7days a week and we take calls of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes or more depending on service users’ individual needs.
